Pre-session work so we start at depth, not skimming the surface.
2x 90-minute virtual sessions together, with a break between. If we are in flow, we go farther, longer.
A customized, prioritized roadmap that meets you where you are now.
Session recordings and transcripts delivered post-session.

Does this really happen in one day?
One day to catalyze growth is the promise and the outcome. You’ll have email support for longer, but the coaching sessions are on a single day. Email me directly to arrange an in-person Intensive at your organization.How long do I have email support?
Two(ish) weeks.What’s the refund policy?
There are no refunds for the Intensive (VIP Day) because I carefully select my clients and offer preliminary mini-sessions to ensure good alignment. I take your time and investment seriously. If something comes up and you need to re-arrange our session, please email me.Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. Email me to discuss a financial arrangement that fits your budget at this time.
What if I want to work with you longer?
That’s great. I prefer to work with clients in longer terms because it maximizes results…if you enroll in a longer coaching package within 30 days of your Intensive, I’ll credit a portion of your investment towards a longer coaching relationship.How do I get started?
