Is this for online courses (only)?
No. You will learn how to deliver an online course (using free tools). You will also learn how to create Series Classes, Workshops, Signature Trainings, or Retreats. We cover these types of Signature Courses and I include Case Studies and data-driven decisions from the marketplace about what type of signature course is best.*How long do I have course creation feedback and email support?
30 days from purchase —unless you request otherwise. If you’d like your 30 days of support to happen during a particular window, please email me after purchase. In most cases, I can accommodate.What’s the refund policy?
We have a simple refund policy: PROTOCOL includes a Satisfaction Guarantee —if you complete all the trainings, participate in 30-days of email coaching, and still feel the course didn’t meet its objectives, please email me explaining why you’d like a refund.What am I really paying for?
