I believe our body’s natural state is one of vibrant health, and restoring that radiance is a simple process. The first step is learning to trust our bodies –and its inherent wisdom –with the process of intuitive eating.
To truly be healthy –body, mind, and spirit –we must recognize the body’s inherent power to heal itself by reconnecting to our own source of pure awareness + healing within.
We need to listen. And we need to remember that at one point we were ALL intuitive eaters. We simply need to begin the process of remembering.
